As a Finance Manager (m/f/d) at BSM Cruise, you will be responsible for overseeing financial governance across multiple hospitality entities and jurisdictions. You will ensure accurate consolidation, strong financial controls, and reliable reporting that supports effective decision‑making and aligns operational and corporate financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results across entities and prepare compliant financial statements.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.

• Oversee AP, AR, cash flow, working capital, and closing activities.

• Reconcile intercompany balances and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.

• Review financial terms in commercial agreements and support pricing and margin analysis.

• Manage internal and external audits, statutory filings, and tax submissions.

• Strengthen internal controls and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; ACA/ACCA/CPA preferred.

• 8+ years of finance experience in multi‑entity, multi‑country environments.

• Strong expertise in consolidation, AP/AR, accruals, provisions, and intercompany processes.

• Experience with ERP and consolidation tools.

• Fluency in English; German advantageous.
